That's not how this works. EPA will get extra funding to perform ground water sampling (all the way to the mouth of that river), mine site cleanup, etc., etc., etc. Cha-Ching!

Good idea. We should go for treble-damages, and make claims for hardship and mental anguish. With McDonalds-like jury nullification, lets just go for return of our $18 Trillion. If the govt balks, they could be let off easy... $1 Trillion easy payments over 18 years.
