Congress should deduct it from their budget. That's not how this works. EPA will get extra funding to perform ground water sampling (all the way to the mouth of that river), mine site cleanup, etc., etc., etc. Cha-Ching!

Congress should deduct it from their budget. Good idea. We should go for treble-damages, and make claims for hardship and mental anguish. With McDonalds-like jury nullification, lets just go for return of our $18 Trillion. If the govt balks, they could be let off easy... $1 Trillion easy payments over 18 years.
