Let’s first look at those who voted FOR the Kelo decision:

Stevens, joined by Kennedy, Souter, Ginsburg, Breyer

Those who voted AGAINST:

O’Connor, joined by Rehnquist, Scalia, Thomas

Thomas wrote the DISSENT against it.

Two articles by conservatives were written against the decision.
