Why is the USA different from Canada and Scotland?

Trump seems to think that socialized medicine is OK for others but not for the USA. I’m still waiting for him to tell us why that is so.

If Trump were consistent, he would have pointed out that healthcare IS NOT working well in both the country he touts.

The USA was the defacto world driver of medical progress, because the markets for it were much more open.

That’s the difference.
