I didn’t get it, so I looked it up:

Etymology
A play on words, re-interpreting the idiom to get around to it as get a round tuit. First used at the 1964 World’s Fair which was held in Queens (Flushing) NY.

Noun[edit]
round tuit (plural round tuits)

(humorous) A circular object giving its owner the ability to get done everything that would have otherwise been put off to a later date “when they got around to it”.
