Eating Breakfast, wearing my tinfoil hat, I read this piece

http://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2015-08-06/media-wipeout-taking-down-pillar-of-bull-market-in-u-s-stocks

...Until Tuesday, media shares were the best-performing shares of the bull market, rising 531 percent to eclipse automakers, retail stores and banks. The industry’s market capitalization was about $650 billion, compared with $135 billion in March 2009.

That value is evaporating. In just five stocks — Disney, Time Warner Inc., Fox, CBS and Comcast Corp. — almost $50 billion of value was erased in two days. Viacom slid 14 percent on Thursday alone, its biggest drop since October 2008....

Funny, how Barry Soetoro urged all Progressives to watch the FOX debate, which happened after a two day collapse in Media Company stock prices.
I am sure the Stock crash and Fox debate timing is a coincidence

“I am sure the Stock crash and Fox debate timing is a coincidence.”

More and more of us are going to Amazon, Hula, and other sources for our tv. We are tired of getting outrageous price increases each year for our cable/satellite tv service. We watch a handful or two channels and pay for 100’s of bs, follywood movies, we never watch, foreign language stations, we don’t understand and other worthless liberal channels.

My wife and I see more new outside tv antennas every week in our area, which had zero, less than a year ago. People are saying “$crew” cable/satellite, and are installing the outside antennas and using the internet to watch the movies and shows they want.

The cable and satellite providers are in the same arrogant position the telephone companies were in just before the explosion of personal cell phones,

Don’t buy their stock and consider selling it if you own their stock.
