Those babies have fully-developed livers, hearts, lungs, ...
That's why PP is selling the parts.
But is there any doubt that the babies also have fully-developed nervous systems?
That means they can fully feel pain ,,,
when they are dismembered.

To top that off, tax payers wittingly or not, contribute another $542 million to the coffers as of 2012.
