Ann went to a third-rate law school and clerked for an appeals court judge. Ted attended the best law school on Earth and clerked for the Chief Justice of the US Supreme Court. Which one of those two would know more about the Natural Born Citizen clause?
Neither, because that is not a topic any law school spends very much time on. Mostly they just point at "Wong Kim Ark" (which actually has nothing to do with "natural born citizen") and they leave it at that.
The only way anyone can find out what that phrase actually means is to either do a lot of research themselves specifically on this point, or read the research that others have done competently on this point.
You aren't going to learn about what "natural born citizen" means in a Law School. It is simply too minor (in the larger scope of things) of a subject for any of them to bother spending much time on it.
