I did not see a debate last night. From the get go it was a destroy Trump reality show. Sure would have been more informative had these media jocks allowed more time to the other participants. They did advertise a debate and made a handsome profit off Trump.

But, hey, if you are happy the others on stage were treated like stage props, then ignore reality. I am not a Trump supporter. I have no clue who will be on my primary ballot. I do expect truth in advertisement which is not what the foxes presented. They wallowed in the sewer.

I find the “Blood coming out of her — wherever” line to be in the absolute poorest of taste. (He clearly meant she was having her menstrual period, and therefore hormonally imbalanced.) I also find it telling about how he thinks of women.

This is much like the “racism” charges that are bandied about everywhere nowadays. People who have imagined racism at the forefront of their minds can’t hear a critical remark about a dark-complected person without squalling, “Racism!” Likewise, men who have trouble with women can’t hear a critical remark (or, in this case, critical barrage) from a woman without squalling, “Hormones!” and blaming it on the woman’s “time of the month.” This kind of behavior is childish, offensive, and detrimental to running a good administration.

This behavior, paired with his insinuation that he’d run third party if he’s denied the Republican post, kills Trump for me. No vote from me. We have one a&&hole in office right now; we don’t need another.

I’m guessing that “source” at Fox is Hannity. But anyone can read Fox and Kelly’s FB page and see the angry posts.

RE:”From the get go it was a destroy Trump reality show.”

I saw parts of it Thursday night live (too many commercials) and having DVRed it watched the first ~ 45 min of it tonight,

. She asked them all tough questions.

She wasn't lobbing softballs.

Trump is the front-runner and he has the most baggage so there was lots of low hanging fruit there for FNC to pick at.

If he thinks Kelly was tough wait till the general debates on NBC. He better prepare more and whine less.

Hmmm. McCain called Trump supporters “crazies”. You called them “North Koreans”.

Right... Sure... Kelly jumped into the sewer and tried to play Goliath. I do not care that Trump called Rosie whatever he called her. Not exactly a debate question. But it sure flavored the tenor of the event. These prissy hot babes dressed for seduction whacking old men with the caveat they are untouchable, is liberalism at its worst. Kelly deserves all ridicule she gets.

Megyn Kelly’s questions were legitimate and she was asking him if he was attacked how he could defend against charges he was part of the “war on women”

War on women?

The only "war on women" on this planet is being waged by Muslims.

When used about anything happening here, it is nothing but a liberal talking point.

The fact that MK used that term convinced me that she is a shill for the libs.

I repeat: Donald Trump will not be the GOP nominee this year or ever. He will not be the President, ever. Bookmark this spot.

Frankly I think he would make an excellent president. He would hire the best people to head up each department, give them marching orders and if they didn't perform to expectations, he'd fire them.

Ronald Reagan did that. No president since has done that. Every president since Reagan has filled his cabinet and advisor posts with cronies and stooges.

I too have questioned whether we want Donald Trump's finger only inches away from the red button. Donald Trump psychology is fascinating and no doubt will produce endless articles by psychiatrists and psychologists telling us why the man is unfit for office. This was to be anticipated not just for Donald Trump but for virtually every Republican candidate in my lifetime.

I am more interested for the moment in the psychology of our conservative base which propels this man to the top of the heap when his biography and character flaws scream out that he is a vulnerable candidate and a questionable potential president. My thumbnail psychological profile of the conservative base is that they are afraid. They feel their country disintegrating from under their feet and nothing they seem to do at the polling booth changes are headlong course to becoming Greece. Nothing seems to halt our cultural disintegration. Nothing seems to bring wayward politicians to heel.

These fears are not unjustified by any reasonable analysis of our current state of domestic and international affairs. Of course, sometimes fear manifests itself as anger and we see that across the board in the Republican Party. Angry, fearful people are desperate people who will tend to reach out for any Messiah who promises to bring them to the promised land (to mix my metaphors).

Fearful, desperate people are not in a mood to parse fine distinctions about their Messiah they tend to get more angry if he is criticized. In other words, the capacity for discernment is abandoned to make room for hope.

My purely subjective judgment is that Trump began Thursday night to expose his flaws of character for all to see and I expect a tapering off in the rate of increase of support for Trump which in a stock market chart suggests a topping. Once the furor abates the dissent will accelerate. I concede in this that I might well be confusing desire with reality.

If Democrats can raise a “because I said so” to the throne, then so can Republicans... though they might be kicking and screaming that they hate it as they do so.

"Mister Trump (the big baby) is transparently trumping up reasons to be a pretend "victim" of the media - and thus turn third party spoiler."

Okay, I'll bite. Please explain how a 3rd party can "spoil" an election? Specifics please.

"Again, this should not be a surprise. He has ALWAYS been thin-skinned."

Thin-skinned? You do not know what you are talking about.

He's from NYC, I'm from NYC. "Thin skin" is a description no-one would use to describe us, let alone to describe someone from NYC who is a business mogul.

You sound like you're thoroughly conditioned, as Rush often says, to constant defeat and surrender. Stockholm Syndrome style. Along comes someone that does not follow that "normal" scenario and you're flummoxed.

You might be more comfortable with the metrosexual class, like Barry and the rest, well good for you. But you obviously have missed the fact with Trump, what, three, four times in a row now, that the people are sick and tired of surrender monkeys and that is why his support has grown exponentially even while you keep pressing your fingers in your ears and shutting your eyes tight.

"Megyn Kelly’s questions were legitimate ..."

Legitimate?

This little harpy has now done it 3 different times.
[1] Wife Ivana rape
[2] "Fat pigs ..." Rosie O'Donnell
[3] "Dropping to your knees"

No apology or retraction after that 1st one, even though she breathlessly read it as breaking news live on the air and even though Ivana herself killed it dead the next morning.

The 2nd and 3rd were consecutive lies at the "debate" taken out of context. I suppose you are going to make believe you didn't hear Rush and then Levin today where you would have actually heard the entire Rosie O'Donnell segment and Levin with the Apprentice segment. Neither are Trump supporters but they totally exposed this little beyotch for the crooked operator she is. She has not yet retracted that latest hit piece either.

This is Dan Rather-esque level corruption.

What on Earth reason could you have for jumping to that fat dyke cow Rosie O'Donnell's defense after she tore into Trump's family?

Also note that the little Barbie Doll Megyn implicitly supports Rosie O'Donnell's war on (straight) women since she was attacking the Miss America thing that Trump was running at the time. Trump was striking back at that lowlife PoS when he made those comments. I would have been far more nasty. Trump showed great restraint if you heard what actually happened.

Furthermore, if Megyn were "legitimate" as you say and were consistently hard hitting no-one would be complaining. That is the very point here. She is selective and doing the dirty work for an even dirtier person - Rupert Murdoch.

The proof is that little Megyn beyotch has not and will never go after Bill Clinton should she ever interview him for his actual rape and abuse of women. And more importantly, she has not and will never go after "Bimbo Eruption" manager Hillary Clinton either. Just ask Paula Jones and Kathleen Willey. If she did, no-one including Trump would be saying anything tonight.

Defending this little reporterette is indefensible now that the facts are known.

"And I find it amazing how Trump has been able to actually convince so many Republicans that he's one of them. All he had to do was mention the words "illegal aliens" and hundreds of thousands lined up behind him as if he were the Pied Piper of Hamlin.

I have to hand it to him...he understood exactly what he had to say to garner an enviable level of rabid early support. The man knows how to catch mice...he just makes a noise like cheese.

And the mice are completely powerless to resist once they hear that noise."

So we're mice? Hypnotized robo-mice? How about "crazies" for good measure. Listen pal, we, including you, are at the precipice of the completion of the destruction of America.

13 million and then 35 million and finally 100 million invaders will be voting over the next few decades. For all practical purposes this may be the last relatively fair election. After that it is Soviet and Cuban and Iraqi style elections with the winner getting 99% and your token opposition getting, well, nothing.

There is no other issue. None. And your distractions of calling us names serve no-one except the enemy. Well actually, we have been here before. Your distractions are also going to do one other thing ... it will guarantee that if Trump were to exit for some reason that those new voters will just stay home. Because if you are trying to convince people that your guy, whichever (R)epublicrat that may be, you are doing a poor job of supporting them.

See Ross Perot. If not for him, Clinton would’ve lost.
