They both commited they same crime and should be treated exactly the same way.
McVeigh withdrew his appeals. CO people have a leniency for criminals.
McVeigh was sentenced in Federal court for killing Federal officials. He never stood state trial for the 160 counts of murder.
T. McVey was “executed” and immediately put in a private hearse and taken away about the same time his sister vanished. There was no autopsy. Put to death? maybe or maybe not
