Defense offered a plea bargain for life without parole 3 years ago, but prosecutor went for death.

Some Juror(s) obviously took into account his insanity and wouldn’t go for the deaath penalty.

The US court system IS insanity at this point.

He’s not insane. He is evil.

He planned the whole thing meticulously — including rigging booby-traps at his apartment.

I can’t blame the prosecutor. Look at how many people want to chop him up, and don’t believe mental illness is a factor.
