Martinez has been identified as an undocumented, illegal immigrant who was arrested in 2014 for felony sexual assault but was convicted of misdemeanor battery and placed on probation, according to the Santa Barbara County Sheriff's Department.
The Sheriff's Department says Martinez was also arrested last month before the alleged attack on Marilyn Pharis on concealed weapon and drug-related charges, he pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor and was released from custody on July 20.
Insane.
For every crime in which these illegal aliens are caught and prosecuted, there are probably dozens of crimes they have committed and not gotten caught.
This is probably not the only murder this illegal alien has committed. It is only the first one for which he was caught.
