Bret Baier opened with hit #1: Who will not pledge to support the nominee?

I missed Bret's concern for the winner of a Republican Primary when Christine O'Donnell won the Republican Primary for U.S. Senate in Delaware and Bret's good friends Tokyo Rove and (Sour)Krauthammer savaged her win. This was probably because she defeated the Liberal Incumbent Republican.

So why is support for a primary winner a factor in choosing a Presidential nominee?

Thank you for that observation. Mike Castle didn't support his own party's nominee.

And other Freepers have rightly pointed out that Lisa Murkowski and Thad Cochran did not either.

The question was obviously asked for only one purpose--to either embarrass or to out Trump.

.At least Trump answered the question honestly.
