“We are both on record, there is no need to personalize our differing bets, over time the polls will tell.”
You are indeed correct, time will tell. May the best man (or woman’s) opinion win, lol.
Good-bye.
You are going to lecture me about name calling? I’ve seen you call people idiots, suckers, and fools. All I did was say you sounded like Carl Rove.
Hypocrite. How’s that for “name calling.”
sucker -
"There's one born every minute."
fool -
"...hath said in his heart, 'There is no God'"
I stand by these words. I'm sorry you're offended. I can't help you with that.
Also, I made a general statement. Yours was specific and personal.
.... OTOH ....
hypocrite -
1. a person who pretends to have virtues, moral or religious beliefs, principles, etc., that he or she does not actually possess, especially a person whose actions belie stated beliefs.
2. a person who feigns some desirable or publicly approved attitude, especially one whose private life, opinions, or statements belie his or her public statements.
.
No. Not in this case, at least.
Oh! I forgot to add:
Good-bye.
SPOT ON ANALYSIS!!!
Well stated,RKBA
“....you are so invested in whatever you are invested in you can not see the point of the history lesson I am trying to point out. Both Trump and Perot had left leanings in their past before running.....They both .....”, blah, blah.”
And what I am trying to point out is that you don’t appear to know what a revolution looks like. We are sooo past yesterday’s news, today. Wake up.

Cruz gives definition and substance to his statements....Trump hasn't done this even close to that Cruz has but he has galvanized the voters. They both have particulars roles being played ‘from their positions of strength’ as I see it.
There is no question Cruz is fully conservative.....Trump on the other hand has admitted he holds some Democratic positions, though I wouldn't call him in their corner fully...Trumps a “mixed” bag...much like Carly though is defiantly “establishment”, Trump rides that line...whatever will get him the "deal" or "win".... It's still early, they're just out the gate....IMO Trump didn't come across very well last night and I expected he'd grab hold of the opportunity to show his professionalism..he didn't. But people who want to see a "fighter" were satisfied.
I think as the debates draw closer to the nominee vote Trump is going to have to up his game or he will surely loose. Cruz will become more visible I think...and "thunder" a bit more.
As for the fully in the tank Trump cheerleaders....much like with Palin when they latch onto someone they will defend to the end I think. It's just how it is.
....”be careful of the purpose of these candidates before jumping full force behind them”....
Good advice.....especially those with a mixed bag, several of them are such.
Good job then EV....he came across absolutely solid on that point. I hope he drives it throughout his campaign. It needs to be heard over and over again....
For some time, they have presented themselves as "fair and balanced". They are centrist on the political swtage, at best, despite being painted by the Left as right-winged extremists. There is a lot more political territory to the Right of FOX, long before 'extremism' is encountered--unless you happen to be a Left-winged extremist like most of the MSM.
The result is a situation where those who believe in original intent, the Constitution, and Almighty God are routinely painted as extremists instead of mainstream Americans, and that characterization (because no one wants to be a 'whacko bird') has Alinskyed basic bread and butter working class America from the nits in major urban areas and universities and media who tell the lazy and stupid what to think.
By the Left's portrayal of FOX as "right-wing" or "extremist", they have been able to sell many on the idea that their more 'moderate' liberal views are 'reasonable', when the fact is that the Right in America is attacked by the Left and the Middle and grossly under- and mis-represented.
Those of us who have suspected Trump is a GOPee stalking horse note the debate coverage will be about him, and Cruz will get little mention--the only way the GOPee can beat Cruz, because if his policy gets out, there is no stopping him.
NO it is James Murdoch Rupert is more concernte with UK papers right now
HA HA that good one Annie LOL!
Excellent point...I thought that was a cheap shot on her part with Trump and it’s been a life long thing with Clinton.
Bawaaaaaaa. I forgot Dolly said that.
Thanks for the nice compliment. I’ll add one personal observation. The circus was one of the very few TV programs I’ve watched in awhile. I don’t have cable TV and I don’t watch over the antenna. Add *this* to my long list of reasons why.
We have Internet. I haven’t needed FAUX News or any other network for years except occasional local news puppets when a hurricane is coming. There are better things to see with ones eyes.
Same here on the TV.
