“What would convince him otherwise?”
US!
I am for the guy against the H1-B visa program, and for imposing real border security. Amnesty in any form is a killer. Path to citizenship is a killer.
If you are here illegally you must go.
Everything else is fifth on the list.
“Frankly, I could give a crap what happens to the Republican party as a formal entity. They are my enemy, actually.”
Just like as said in Catch 22. The enemy is anyone trying to kill you. They can be found on either side.
Here’s what I think is going to happen....Trump will get VERY little time to speak...LESS than the average....because, everytime he speaks he actually SAYS SOMETHING WORTH HEARING!
munchkins lol.
Did you see this article titled :MR. UNIVERSE, DONALD TRUMP, TAKES ON THE NINE DWARVES
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/3321011/posts
This is another key to Trumps success. He has a theme and vision for the country and is articulating it. I can't think of anyone else who does. Most of the rest of them have a theme of "I want to be President so vote for me" or "I will be a good President so vote for me".
These “Big Donors” need to be named. If there were a shred of integrity in the RNC they’d disassociate from any donor who thinks they are in a position to decide particular candidates should be “taken out”.
Probably some of the same “Big Donors” who were plotting a few weeks back to ban Trump from the first debate.
Any response along that line will make Trump look like a mensch ... and Jebbie look like a little, spoiled brat.
I’ll laugh out loud. Literally.
We did a bang-up job on the landslide class of GOP in 2012, and a super job on Boehner and McConnell.
What makes anyone thing we are going to change Cruz’s mind?
We are very, very close to the point where the only thing that is going to change a politician’s mind is a bullet in it. I don’t think a single one of them is afraid of prosecution, so long as they are on board what Obama is trying to accomplish. Menendez found that out.
The subject has been openly discussed in the U.S. Senate, at least since 1919, and the debate over Wilson's League of Nations.
I AM thinking, and if you believe Perot and Trump have any more than superficial similarities, YOU'RE the one that needs to start thinking.
Anyone able to get Trumps newly released book? I can’t find it on Amazon...
Prediction: All this will backfire tonight.
Yep. The party (the entrenched party leadership, actually) has failed its core constituents, and has abandoned its core values.
A new party is obviously needed. The problem is that the Democrats would run the field because the conservative vote would be split, at least until the old GOP withers away. But there is a solution: a run-off mechanism for elections, like they do in France. Unfortunately, that would probably take a Constitutional amendment.
>> It was reportedly the Rubio campaign that was specifically given the directive to, take Trump out during this weeks debate.
Ha! Sending a snot-nosed boy to do a man’s job? I don’t think that’ll work out well for you, “Mr. Gotrocks”.
They were. Try searching FNC for the story.
I was never even slightly attracted to Perot. But, if the vote were today, I'm voting Trump. He had me the minute he started calling stupid for what it is.
Enforcing our laws and protecting American neighborhoods means Deportation.
I don’t think I’ve heard one of them call for that.
I’ve read today is the release date.
I get your meaning and I agree, but I’m sure he already knows that, hopefully.
