Is any of this true?

Congressman and House Judiciary member Scott Peters (D-CA) alleges that Boehner appeared in the commercial in January, and accepted both $95,000 in direct payment and a one-time $40,000 donation to his 2016 reelection campaign. If true, Boehner would have violated House rules prohibiting him from accepting payment or gifts.

I mean....I think Boehner is horrible...and may as well be a Lying Liberal Marxist Socialist Democrat.....but that seemed over the top.....
