If that is the case why did all other repubs votes Yea if the argument was to continue the debate at a later date (ie vote against cloture) 3/5 required. Did the repubs strategize to have all other repubs be on record to vote Yea knowing there was not enough votes to close the debate? Hmmm!
I am because he changed the procedure, requiring 60 votes. How dumb is that?
