Yup. A humor magazine, by the way, which has had a friendly rivalry with the Harvard Crimson for ~130 years. Pranksters gonna prank. The fact that thin-skinned Trump is even bothering to respond to this says more about him than it does about the Lampoon.
This is the kind of thing that if Trump gets into power and Harvard needs something payback will be expensive.
