I will give that some thought.
I can only go by the People that surround me, most are very Apolitical including Family and Friends. I have been selling Cruz on them for a long while and have made no real progress in getting them Politically motivated.
Trump comes out and it’s like a Lightning Strike. I am still amazed that his name comes up amongst these same People, with most showing support of his Candidacy.
I think the Debate will either seal the Deal for them or push them back into their Political Never Never Land.
It will be interesting to be sure.
You have to admit Trump is entertaining if nothing else.
I think that anyone with a brain is trepidatious of Trump due to his erratic behavior in the past..and his previous support for positions that we vehemently disagree with.
At this point, I am enjoying a Trump candidacy for what he’s doing to the media and their “narrative” idea of shaping the public discourse.
Trump is nuking their taboo’s about what can or cannot be said about the various constituent groups that are the democRAT coalition. For that he deserves our thanks. Our votes, are another matter.
I don’t think that Trump is going to go the distance of his own choice. He’s burning too brightly right now, and you and I both know, you cannot lead a 500 mile race from green flag to checkers. You have to manage your position and save your car to you’ve go something left at the end. You run the wheels off the car in the early going you’ve usually got nothing left to finish.
We’ll see how it goes for Trump, but I’m not expecting him to be there at the end.

Oh I have said often there are good things about the guy. I am all for his blasting every GOP piece of crap there is.
But I know his history and think that considering Cruz is in the race, our support as conservatives belongs with a conservative. And Cruz is no wilting violet.

Actually I watched Babypartsgate with bemusement.
Folks are getting exercised over this who seemed to be saying little or nothing about the baby SLAYINGS that created the baby parts.
