This jury has been going through it very much like clockwork. Almost worries me, might set it up for appeal.

I'm not involved but it seems this judge has run the case by the book. He was a very experienced prosecutor before taking the bench.

That said, the defense has filed every motion imaginable and some not imaginable, so I'm sure there will be appeals.
