Also, look closely at internals of the polls you cite. In Republican polls, Trump doesn’t do as well...

Among Tea Party voters, he is losing to Cruz. Just saying...let’s put things into perspective. If Trump is this strong going into IA and beyond, then I will agree with you.

BTW, doesn’t Trump have 60% of us who definitely WONt vote for him? Not a good sign.

I love Cruz but the Tea Party is the only demographic he is leading in.

Trump is leading in the other demographics. He is the guy who will pull the independents and the disaffected Democrats in a general election.

I would like to see a Trump/Cruz ticket. Cruz is young. In eight years he could skate to the Presidency and the GOP could have 16 years in the Whitehouse.

Right now this nomination is Trump’s to lose. I don’t think he plans to sabotage himself. Look for him to be very polished and toned down next Thurs night and not throwing bombs. He’s a very smart guy.

I love Cruz. If he’s still in the primary when it comes to my state, I’ll be out campaigning and voting for him.

However, at this time, I’m not going to be upset if Trump pulls it off. I admit that I don’t know everything about what’s going on in the nomination, but it seems that Trump and Cruz are on the same page and even friendly with each other. I figure that if Sen. Cruz trusts Trump, he’s worth a closer look for me.
