Try READING the article FIRST.... before you jump to concoctions that it’s just an innocent perverted peeping Tom with a Drone camera hovering over little girls sunbathing in their backyard.
It was an $1,800 Drone. What does that tell you?
“Try READING the article FIRST.... before you jump to concoctions that its just an innocent perverted peeping Tom with a Drone camera hovering over little girls sunbathing in their backyard.”
I read the article and found nothing that would convince a jury beyond a reasonable doubt that the drone operator was acting illegal. I did see evidence that would convict the guy who shot down the drone of reckless endangerment, possibly illegal discharge of a firearm, etc.
Second, even if he was a ‘peeping tom’, that does not justify taking the law into your own hands. Call the cops. BTW, you do not own the airspace over your property. Nor do you have an expectation of privacy outside your home, even if it is your privacy fenced backyard.
“It was an $1,800 Drone. What does that tell you?” I haven’t the foggiest. Why don’t you tell me what that tells you?
That the pervert had a lot of disposable income?
I don't care how cheap it is. If it invades my airspace, I will be inclined to take it down and put it in the trash.
