Rep. Diane Black, R-Tenn., criticized the House of Representatives for not passing legislation prior to the annual August district work period to defund Planned Parenthood.

“Over the past two weeks, we’ve all seen the gruesome videos showing the heartless depravity of this organization,” Black said in a speech Wednesday. “We issued statements, we made passionate floor speeches, and we pledged action. Now, our constituents would like to know when we’re going to follow through on that promise.”

Join me in calling upon the states who have anti-abortion laws to forbid Planned Parenthood from operating within their borders and also nullify Roe v. Wade (and Casey) as unconstitutional. Roe v. Wade is an unconstitutional federal decision and is by definition an act of tyranny.

The feds have nullified the Constitution so WE MUST NULLIFY THE FEDS. KICK PLANNED PARENTHOOD OUT OF YOUR STATE AND DON'T WAIT FOR THE FEDS TO DO NOTHING. Let the chips fall where they may. This is a fight for LIFE and LIBERTY as much as anything ever was.

completely agree with your strategy.

In addition, the House should wait to take up Diane Black’s bill after all of the videos have been trickled out to keep the story alive and on the front burner, then hold hearings and issuing subpoenas and force them to testify under oath to further breath additional life into it, then vote. Never fire all of your ammunition all at once. that’s what the House should do...whether they actually do something that makes sense like that will remain to be seen.

The problem is that Diane Black is all upset that the House didn’t do this before the break...

And yet, SHE was one of the ones to emphatically vote for Boehner.

“Now, our constituents would like to know when we’re going to follow through on that promise.”

Well, Diane, with Bonehead as Speaker, you will have to wait until he can schedule a meaningless “show” vote that he knows will go down in flames. Like his many show votes on ObummerCare repeal. Those are always stand alone votes that will be easy for the Kenyan to veto. Bonehead will not attach them to a “must pass” bill that will put some pressure on the Kenyan.

She is just upset she can’t use a worthless show vote to show her constituents how conservative she is. Maybe they could vote to end world hunger as well.

The $4 trillion outlaw feds are beyond reach.

The individual states are where the battle is now IMO. Time for each state to decide on their own, based on the unconstitutionality of Roe v. Wade (and Casey), to kick PP put of their state and tell ‘em “DON’T NEVER COME BACK!”

Yep, I hope TN does it soon.

I heard TX might be on its way to punishing PP. Let’s hope.
