While I agree with you, this guy who was shot was drunk! So I guess to the cops, a drunk is to be used for target practice? This cop, if found guilty, should do life w/o parole at the minimum.

I haven’t read anything about the autopsy report showing that he was drunk and the bottle of gin appeared unopened. I’ve searched for this information and have not found anything. Where did you get the information that he was drunk?
