Oh your poor daughter in law! Her employers are INSANE! They start inductions usually early am (so that they have time to see how pitocin makes labor progress, and that there is time left in the day to schedule a c-section (if needed)). Having her work to the last minute Sunday before a Monday induction is cruel.
Newest granddaughter (now two week old) has a “goopy” eye (clogged tear duct) that glues her eye closed. Between that and watching mommy change newborn diapers, three year old big sis has backed off of constantly hovering over and touching the baby. She’s now kinda “icky.”
The newness of a little sister must have worn off with granddaughter #1! LOL! Has she had any jealousy issues since the new baby requires so much attention? I fear son and DIL are going to have that problem. She’s only 16 months old. She may not understand. Mr S and I will make sure grandbaby #1 gets lots of attention! She won’t feel neglected. :-)
