The entire goal of the Obama/Clinton administration has been to peel away the protective advantages of America: intelligence and defense technology. The current government is littered with Clinton and Obama appointees all of which will stay long after they’re gone. It’s like an unresolved infection or a cancer. The damage has been done big time.
The “hack” of the background checks was an inside job. Imagine the data of every career intelligence officer, staffers, etc. available to our enemies. How can you fire them all and start over? How can you undo that? This is revenge and I suspect it’s from Putin and his neo-Soviet pals.
