The information about who ordered what is somewhat clouded, but the good micro-genital Palmer already had a prior about this very thing, so my money would be on “he knew darn well what was what” and is seeking to project the blame off on the contractor. That’s my gut feeling about this. He thinks he can buy his way through everything. We’ll see what happens when his dentistry practice collapses. I surely would not trust anyone who would do this to a poor dumb animal to touch any part of me.
