I don't approve of big game "trophy" hunting since it seems like a real waste just to satisfy big egos, but it is legal. This guy apparently is a longtime hunter, and based on the stories I've read, it appears he either knowingly or unknowingly hired some unscrupulous guides, who were paid a lot of money to make sure he got his lion.

At any rate, what he did is hardly new...

Was that one collared? How obvious is it to scout the lion from a distance, undoubtedly using binocs, but then NOT see the collar. And these are professional scouts? What a friggin lie! I grew up hunting, and understand conservation. This is not conservation, but some emasculated jaggoff still trying to prove manhood.
