Ouch, stairs.
I’ve fallen three times in the last six months
I hate growing old.
As Jack Palance says, “Growing old ain’t for sissies!”.
Glad it is going well so far. Prayers for a complete speedy recovery.
One of the worst things about aging is the drying of the skin. I find myself slipping on the polyester/wool blend carpet when descending the stairs barefoot that never would have happened before. Also I pick things up with my accustomed level of manual dexterity and they slip right out of my fingers. Pain in the keister. Hydrate! Hydrate! Hydrate!
