This is exactly the tactic that the government and the Left uses to quell Conservatives and those who oppose their desires. The Process is the Punishment! The Left uses the threat of law suites, actual suites(most are specious), legal action, threats and intimidation all the time. It is about Damn TIME someone fights back. Sue the snot out of Daily Beast into bankruptcy!
