It shouldn’t be in the highway bill. But Republicans are idiots for letting the bank expire. Of all the things Republicans could cut, they cut a bank that has generated $7 billion in profits for the Treasury in the last 20 years, and which helps our exporters.
I guess their Chinese masters needed more help competing against Boeing so they ordered the bank terminated.

The IMF fund, IMO, is nothing more than another high stakes slush fund for politicians to manipulate to their advantage. Kill it!!
