Well, other than discharging his weapon in the middle of Main St, the only other charge should be littering. Maybe disturbing the peace.

I am basing my assumption on if Joey Shitebyrd buys an American Flag and decides to burn in it in a ‘controlled’ environment, he is perfectly within his rights. Is that not what the courts have been telling us?

The Libs may be backing these events to make a point about gun violence BUT all it makes me do is buy MORE guns - as indiscreetly as possible because eventually these whack jobs are going to be going for the ‘bonus round’ and shoot up people around them to garner more money....

I believe wholeheartedly the right to concealed carry and am somewhat skeptical about open carry BUT if these nuts continue to spring up, OC will be the only way to go as they are going to have to see they may be surrounded by people willing to ‘put them away’. Of course the ‘good guy’ shooters will have be in dire fear of their life because the guy was nutty enough to shoot his ‘American Flyer’, who is to say he won’t turn on an ‘American Sailor’......

An add on to my above...(#15)

Notice that the guy caused a disturbance in the store, attempted to run over the wagon several times, shot 9 times and the Police still arrived after he left the ‘areeea’

So they STILL say that if I see suspicious activity, do nothing but call 911 and let them handle it....yea, that works fine...
