...you have to admit he has accomplished zip as a political leader. But he's not in leadership. He's been ostracized. As far as I can tell, as of now the only leadership positions Cruz holds is:
- Subcommittee on Space, Science, and Competitiveness, Chairman
- Subcommittee on Oversight, Agency Action, Federal Rights and Federal Courts, Chairman

Getting on committees has a lot to do with seniority. Cruz was elected Senator in 2012.
