“After we strengthen the borders we’ll have plenty time to talk about it.
LoL. It is streeeeeetch by the Weekly Standard that he’s talking about amnesty.
As Ann Coulter puts it, regardless of the urgency stressed by the open border shills our permanent foreign guests have been streaming across our border since the last comprehensive immigration reform in `86, and since no one dragged them kicking & screaming across the border, well, they can cool their heels a little while longer while we sort out this mess they created.
And sorting it out, or `mopping up the mess’ involves doing something so that we can control who crosses our southwestern border, that is, turning off the water supply to the leaking faucet.
The open border shills will reject any reform that involves any such control, however, unless it is directed at your gun cabinet. So it is an intractable dilemma.
Trump is just trying to sound reasonable. Most of us here have said that as well—secure the border: real security—and then we’ll talk real reform.
What question was he answering?
Talk about “it”, what is “it”?
What was the question, then we’ll know
