Good Thursday morning from Washington, where the Senate is set to discuss Iran, and President Obama is packing for Kenya with plans to do the same. And as Donald J. Trump prepares to speak at an event near the Mexican border, the cameras will be watching. And so will his rivals.
“I wonder what he’s going to say next.”
It’s a phrase that is most often used to describe provocative radio hosts like Howard Stern. These days, it is frequently heard with respect to Mr. Trump, the reality television star and Republican presidential hopeful whose caustic comments and surging support in opinion polls have kept the cameras focused on him.
Mr. Trump’s latest provocation will most likely come in a trip to the border in Laredo, Tex., on Thursday. According to a schedule released by his campaign, Mr. Trump will “travel to the actual border” and “address the media.” Then he will meet with law enforcement officials at a nearby reception hall.

Jeb Bush is deeply saddened.
He knows the problem is not solvable due to the stupidity of the American people AND their leadership. He’s just stirring stuff up to divide people. The immigration problem is NOT fixable because leadership did not do something about it a LONG time ago. Stupids.
If a President Trump gave a speech in which he loudly said he intended to deport EVERY illegal alien, jail every illegal who committed crimes then deport them, would come down HARD on employers who hire illegals, & then proceeded to implement such a policy, I believe many illegals would self deport. No jobs & no benefits would be a powerful incentive to go home.
Obama has put out the welcome mat to illegals & covered it in cash & benefits. Of course illegals will come here under those circumstances. I would, too.
I am sick and tired with the uniparty’s position. Many of them are parents of little girls. Don’t they care what kind of people their policy is allowing to enter into the U.S.? The information is available, the uniparty doesn’t care about American children! President Obama is a father of daughters, yet his policy is allowing rapists into the country! His daughters are just as much at risk from his policy and those who support it! We must protect our daughters and sons! We must protect our children!

I also live in New Mexico and want to share my thoughts and observations on Trump vs Mexicans.
I work with the public on a daily basis... and the New Mexican Latinos I know don’t hate him at all... remember we do have a Conservative Latina Governor. The idea that all latinos favor latinos - legal or illegal - over the rest of us is just bunk.
I registered to post here because it’s important for conservatives to know you DO garner votes from the middle and left... I also love Cruz... not because I agree with everything he says... but he comes across as someone who will mind the store in ways I can trust... because some of us have other Washington... a vote for O was date rape... ask many many dems.
The immigration problem can be fixed... it just takes the right person to do it. Maybe Trump’s the man...
Trump is doing an important dirty job at a critical time in our history. He is breaking trail for the rest of the conservative candidates and exposing the rhino candidates. He’s taking the heat from the press and he knows it. Reminds me of Network and Howard Beal. He’s mad as hell and not going to take it anymore.
