Oh, just give it a month. The DOJ will direct all LEO to no longer arrest drug dealers. This will keep our prisons cleared and lower the cost to taxpayers.

OK, so it isn't a box of snakes, like in Vegas Vacation.
But, think of all the overtime the cops will have, just before Christmas.

These guys are just going to migrate home, where younger guys, who already have guns, have picked up the market share.
They will be found in an alley, shot once, with another 13 rounds sprayed around the area. If the shooter is lucky, he'll kill a random three year old that can be blamed on whatever white cops were within a mile. They aren't going back to the suburbs.

You really have to find the upsides, here...
