The appeal is to go to another gun store.

The government will only say a sale may proceed, not that it MUST proceed. They wont give gun dealers that kind of legal cover.
So DOJ will stamp their feet, but they can do nothing. And they should know they are tape recorded I bet everytime they come into that store.

I know that. The problem here is that the while it may be the owner's intentions to just 'deny' those he deems untrustworthy, he either said or the media is misusing his words to state that he intends to NOT ALLOW THEM TO EVEN COME IN THE STORE.

That is what the legal beagles have told the President to zero in on.
