Even the now cancelled plan is telling. They were going to do their research on an icebreaker

Wasn't the Arctic Ocean supposed to be ice free by now, at least in the summer???

And what about all the talk that the Northwest Passage is open for business? Apparently not!

They aren’t even in the Arctic Ocean. They are in Hudson Bay, which is south of the Arctic Ocean.

In the last few days somebody posted a rant from some lefty nutter complaining that all the polar bears were gonna die because all the Arctic is melting. Somebody should tell her that her favorite critters are doing just fine.
