If you read those full statutes/laws along with the other resources that I’ve provided, then you will find that it is the burden of the person to prove that an order is not lawful otherwise the law assumes the order to be lawful. So another words, unless the law specifically states an order to be unlawful (i.e. rape, bjs, to stop breathing,etc.) then the order is assumed to be lawful under State law.

Can a cop order you to put out a ciggy while you are inside your home and he is on the outside of it?
