Not if he retains a good lawyer. There’s a lot of history that needs to see the light and that would embarrass both the Pentagon and their Recruiting Commands. Time is ripe for him to strike first before getting steamrolled. I’m sure he’ll get plenty of support, and it appears he already made the decision, as many do, that his life is more valuable than the folded flag presented to our next-of-kin.
