I don’t believe Trump had to donate to both political parties, sorry. If he did, he’s willing to sell out like any other politician.
Yes, he’s flipped on every position. He has also changed political parties several times, and his record is undeniably liberal. That’s the standard by which conservatives judge candidates.
I know he’s saying good things, and they need to be said. I get that’s the reason for his appeal. But we need to appreciate his words for what they are instead of somehow believing they make him qualified to be president.
The problem we have is the only true conservative running for president is Ted Cruz and the RINOs will never let him win the nomination. Trump is as “conservatives” as any of other bunch he’s running against. All will appeal to their audience and you can’t believe a word that comes out of their mouths. That’s why conservative voters are taking a look at this non-politician Trump. He’s a businessman that says what he feels like saying and to hell with anyone that doesn’t like it. He’s shaking up the establishment and for that I am grateful. They need to be shook the hell up. Boehner and his brand of RINOs have sold the country down the tubes for too long now.
