I can't count how many times Trump fans have responded with "But the other guy does it" or "He couldn't be any worse than so-and-so." Hardly a ringing endorsement nor a reasoned basis for support.
"Trump says he changed his positions."
Oh, yes. He has done a complete 180 on just about every position he used to hold.
And conservatives are buying right into it, no questions asked.
Tomorrow Trump could say that he would nuke Iran and that America has a bad case of queer fatigue...that homos should go back in the closet and his poll numbers would skyrocket. Many freepers would rejoice (including myself)
I’m Just saying again.... He can say anything and what can a candidate who is bound by their donors do?
Not much.
I like Cruz best but America as we have known it may be done.
Trump is a milti-billionare business man and has donated to whatever political party is in office at any particular time.
He says he does not believe in abortion, that he was did but now does not. He says marriage is a man and woman.
He’s for stopping the illegal invasion of this country. When was the last time a republican or democrat had the guts to say what Trump says. Never. They’re too scared of what someone else might think of them. You can like Trump or not, but the truth of the matter is he says exactly what politicians don’t have the nerve to say. And that’s his appeal. Americans are sick and tired of lying politicians that say anything to stay in power. Trump knows all these characters. Most of them, including Romney, have courted his endorsement AND MONEY for years. That’s why he says what he feels like saying and could care less what anyone thinks of him. He is beholding to no one and the media and establishment republicans hate him for it.
Since you have little, or no, patience with people who change their position, you must absolutely loathe Scott Walker. BTW, anybody heard what he’s changed his mind on today?
