Just among my own acquaintances, I know three people with babies born at five months, four months premature. Everyone of them had some complications but everyone is alive and thriving now.

I have a dumb question that maybe somebody knows the answer to:

Is there an optimal time window for farming body parts?

IOW, is there a bigger market for larger, more developed parts...and would PP deliberately delay things for a week or two to get more money...and if so, does a 20 week ban put them in a bind, or force them to ‘harvest’ too early.

I ask this question as the uncle of two miraculous twins born at 23 weeks...and are perfectly normal/viable pre-schoolers. The notion of abortion after 20 weeks makes my stomach turn...and frankly as premature babies keep surviving (I think the record is 21 weeks), there shouldn’t even be disagreement.
