Well, having done it on a regular basis both as a prosecutor and criminal defense attorney for over 30 years I'd say it's a pretty informed opinion.
For me, the tough part is separating the good guys from the bad guys. You don’t wear the patches unless you are told you can by the bad guys(even if you are a good guy).
The gangs created this mess and everyone arrested is well aware of the rules and protocols.
I’m just guessing now, but I expect the cops are pulling their hair out because absolutely nobody is talking. At least none of the patched guys are and they are the ones being looked at. What else do you do when confronted by a secret society?
