I think the gov is being exceedingly diplomatic in The Donald’s case.
I get that McCain is a political mess. But saying a guy who got the feces beat out of him as a POW is not a genuine war hero is not going to go well for you, nor should it.
Yep - some are slamming her for her “non-statement”, but she handled it well.
Here's the problem.
McCain did spend 5 1/2 years in a POW camp.He was tortured and did break. Most of us would have broken as well.
However, when he got out he made war on conservatives instead of the communists that tortured him.
Sarah knows that but also knows that he did give her the chance that put her on the national political spotlight where she remains today.In a way she owes him.
Trump talks way too much and in doing so will screw up.It's a given.
But,he has opened up topics that would never have seen the light of day such as immigration, the VA,trade with China negotiations with Iran,obamcare. Other more pc candidates are all afraid to change driveby agenda fearing just one gotcha moment that could destroy their candidacies. Trump has no such fear since he's never campaigned before.
One can only hope that Trump survives if only to keep the venue where it belongs. On the destruction of the US by the current Chicago regime.
