I like it. He’s a believer but he doesn’t lay it on too thick(public piety)and knows he’s fallen short on occasion.

I agree with you. Also some people don’t feel as comfortable talking about their faith as others. Crikes Huck and Santorum will bleed in the sand on TV. Its not necessary.
