I had predict MM and JB would not cancel it since they couldn’t even defund Obamacare. Kaslin called me on it and wanted to know why I was blaming them.
Admittedly, I’m ahead of the thing.
So, the question lies in that first part I quoted. I believe ya that it’s (the security part) in there.

There’s no point in Congress even voting on it since Obama’s already taken it to the UN.
The smart thing to do is call off the vote and say it didn’t proceed in any constitutional manner and is non-binding.
But, that would assume there are smart people in charge.
