I already mentioned previously that his actions as a Senator in regards to quashing the POW issue is fair game. I criticize him on that myself regularly. Everything you said in critiquing MCain is concerning his actions as a Senator. I agree wholeheartedly about that. Trump did not criticize McCain the politician, he criticized his war hero status which was out of bounds, especially for a draft dodger.

". The men who shared captivity at the same time as McCain in Viet Nam have spoken about what he said and did during this time period."

Again, these inuendos. No one who actually shared time with him in a cell has come out and made these accusations of him making propoganda video. Where is the video. Read this:

"Mr. Day recalls with pride Mr. McCain stubbornly refusing to accept special treatment or curry favor to be released early, even when gravely ill. Mr. McCain knew the Vietnamese wanted the propaganda victory of the son and grandson of Navy admirals accepting special treatment. "He wasn't corruptible then," Mr. Day says, "and he's not corruptible today."

If you want to know who Bud Day was, he was a MOH recipient and also was awarded the Air Force Cross. His character was unimpeachable. One other thing, he was John McCain's cell mate for much of McCain's POW time. He had nothing but the highest praise for McCain's conduct as a POW. Now who are you going to believe? McCain's cellmate or some unnamed Vietnam vet or POW? Where are all these propoganda tapes he supposedly made? My guess is that people have made a lot of these statements because of his unconsciounable actions as a Senator. Again, criticize his record as a Senator, especially in regards to the POW issue, but not his service as that by all accounts is unimpeachable...

DT was doing a very good job of criticizing JM the politian, He was going after JM for calling all of us who want to see the border closed “crazies”. So to deflect, Frank Luntz shouts “war hero”

I don’t think there are many true war hero’s that use that designation as a means to deflect from honest criticism. But, that is the pc game these jerks play, unfortunately, it works on many people.

“Trump did not criticize McCain the politician, he criticized his war hero status which was out of bounds, especially for a draft dodger.”

And stop calling Trump a draft dodger, as you are then calling the majority of men in this country that were not called up to serve or had student deferments, including the likes of Dick Cheney, draft dodgers. Not everyone serves in the military for a wide variety of reasons, nor could they if they wanted to, now that it is being downsized by this abominable Obama administration.

You use the words draft dodger as a pejorative to smear Trump further and take pleasure in doing so. Trump is being amazingly BRAVE by saying all the un-PC and truthful comments he has been publicly making that almost all of the other Pub candidates are remaining silent on. Trump went to a military academy, so he actually has more background on military life than many who have never served. If Trump would have joined the military, IMO he would have been like having another Patton. Similar qualities of leadership.
