This photo and accompanying list of things to watch out for was posted in June. It says to avoid wearing uniform to and from work or to limit the number of stops in transit if wearing uniform. there were real orders soon thereafter.

And it's even more stupid from our geniuses at the WH and Pentagon because the military personnel will still be reporting for duty at their recruiting offices and reserve centers, and still have military haircuts. People still know where they'll be working.

Maybe we better have weapons and other defense capabilities where military personnel work.

seems I remember coming back from Viet Nam and it was “suggested” we wear civilian clothes flying home and to our next US duty station.....My how things have changed..../s

(as a side note: when I went home after basic training it was MADATORY to wear your uniform to obtain the “military” flight on a commercial airliner......just sayin...)
