They know phone numbers in a geographical area.
They have NOAA radar and forecasts.
Put those two together and it saves peoples lives.
Tornadoes are an equal opportunity destroyer..... that database doesn’t give a rats patootie whether you’re white or black.
I would worry more about the public scroolz (schools) database.
Do a couple things to crash —that— system....
1) homeschool your kids/grandkids
2) self identify as something other than white.
The database may not care but the person in charge might. That database is probably being sold to multiple parties.
