This will be sold to the masses as a great step forward in expanding "diversity", and we all know that 'diversity' is a great concept so anyone who doesn't support this initiative is just a "hateful racist".
This only seems to apply to those areas receiving federal funding from HUD. Is there a way to research which areas are actually receiving these funds and would therefore be impacted?
I suspect some of the info will be used in a Chicago style blackmail...
